We retain personal data as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined here, or as required by law. For completed projects, we typically retain records for 3 years. You may request deletion at any time.

These Terms govern any engagement between LUMAN LABS (Ankit Gaurav, Ranchi, Jharkhand, India) and clients. By proceeding with a project — through payment, written agreement, or confirmation — you agree to these terms.
"LUMAN LABS" refers to the studio operated by Ankit Gaurav. "Client" refers to any individual or organisation that engages LUMAN LABS. "Project" means the agreed scope of work. "Deliverables" means the outputs produced.
LUMAN LABS provides UI/UX design, web and mobile application development, product strategy, motion design, and related digital services. Specific scope is agreed in a written proposal before commencement. Work outside agreed scope is subject to a separate quotation.
All prices in INR unless otherwise stated. GST applicable where required.
Each phase includes 2–3 revision rounds as specified in the proposal. Additional revisions are billed at the applicable rate agreed in advance.
Upon receipt of full payment, the Client receives full ownership of all final deliverables including design files and source code. LUMAN LABS retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless the Client requests confidentiality in writing.
LUMAN LABS will keep all Client business information, project details, and materials confidential. This obligation survives termination of the engagement.
Either party may terminate with 14 days written notice. The Client will be invoiced for all work completed to the date of termination. Partially completed deliverables are released only upon settlement of outstanding payments.
LUMAN LABS's total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Work will be performed with reasonable skill and care. LUMAN LABS will fix reported bugs within a 30-day warranty period post-delivery at no extra cost.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ranchi, Jharkhand.
